Compton Lodge in Marldon is a successful Bay Balustrades project. The owners of the property have a decked patio area outside, for barbeques and socialising. They wanted a modern balustrade constructed of glass that enables the couple to see their young child playing on the grass around the patio.
Bay Balustrades used safety glass and stainless steel in their construction as this is easy-to-clean and maintain with both parents being busy working. As well as being practical, it is also in-keeping with the modern design of the recent extension of the house.
